BUFFALO, NY (May 18) – Tonawanda-based manufacturer Vanocur Refractories® was honored on May 11 by the Small Business Administration Buffalo District as 2018 Exporter of the Year, in its annual Small Business Awards ceremony.

We wanted to wish a very Happy New Year to all our Customers and Vendors!
We just wrapped up a busy year at Vanocur Refractories® in 2014 and 2015 is
shaping up to be just as busy.
In 2014, we branched out to more "first-time" customers. We are now
installing our patented big block™ modules at NSSMC, Kimitsu Works in Japan,
working closely with HeatTeq and Mitsui & Company Plant Systems on this
project. We also installed our modules for the first time at the Monessen
Coke Plant in nearby Pennsylvania, USA. A sincere thank you to these new
customers for trusting in our quality product.
This Spring, we will be attending and presenting at the 2015 Euro Coke
Convention in the Netherlands in April. Come and see Joe and Paul at
the show. Let us discuss some of our most up-to-date designs, such as our
combined Horizontal/Slider/Transition module. Remember that our big block
solution greatly reduces repair times for our customers!
